Research Aide 1

Hourly Pay Rate: $12.00

The student research assistant position will support the breast cancer research program in a laboratory in the Department of Medicine.

• General lab equipment maintenance
• Making solutions, media
• Assisting with cell culture, western blotting, histology and immunostaining
• Assisting with animal handling and survival surgeries, primarily recordkeeping

• Active enrollment as a Tulane undergraduate student

This position will help student employees demonstrate and cultivate the career readiness competencies in accordance with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
