Busperson Specialty Rosewater

Overview

Busser position at Delta Downs, Vinton, LA. Responsibilities include cleaning tables, setting up tables, and receiving and fulfilling beverage orders.

• Greet guests seated in assigned station.
• Receive and fulfill/refill drink orders from guests.
• Remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approximately 40 lbs) in a timely manner.
• Set up tables according to established standards.
• Transport filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area.
• Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.

• Prior experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Must be able to carry and serve beverages using a hand-held tray.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
