Position: Senior Sous Chef – High-Volume Kitchen Leader
Location: New Orleans

A high-volume restaurant in New Orleans is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and leading the team. Responsibilities include supervising line cooks, ensuring food quality and compliance with safety regulations, and overseeing daily kitchen tasks.
