Job Description

Join our dynamic hospitality team as an AM Server, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. • Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional and friendly manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
• Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions about ingredients or specials
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions securely
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
• Flexibility to assist with banquet events when required
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills
• Positive attitude and a team‑oriented mindset
