Jena Choctaw Pines Casino is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area, including dishes, pots, pans, floors, drains, and equipment. The role supports sanitation efficiency and operates within assigned kitchen zones.
Responsibilities include pre-washing, operating the dish machine, stacking and storing ware, reporting any breakages, and performing routine janitorial duties. Must comply with SOPs and be able to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 environment.
