What You’ll Do

• Coach, train, and support team members to deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service
• Oversee daily operations to ensure a clean, organized, and high-performing sports bar
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and supplies to keep the bar stocked and running efficiently
• Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and guest-ready presentation
• Support shift execution by monitoring flow, resolving issues quickly, and keeping priorities clear
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, sanitation, and responsible service standards

• Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-paced service environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coach in the moment
• A guest-first mindset and a passion for creating a great atmosphere
• Comfort with managing multiple priorities during busy shifts
