Jewelry Sales Associate

Tyler Ross Jewelers is a full-service jewelry store that brings over 20 years of expertise to offer an exceptional customer experience. Located in Franklinton, LA, we provide a curated selection of fine jewelry, including engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, earrings, and watches. We pride ourselves on being a full-service jewelry repair center, where all repairs are conducted in-house. The store is the realization of a long-time dream, grounded in a deep passion for craftsmanship, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Associate, located in Franklinton, LA. The Jewelry Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing personalized service, maintaining an excellent customer experience, and achieving sales goals. Other tasks include educating customers about products, ensuring the showroom is well-organized, and collaborating with the team to uphold a welcoming shopping environment.

• Strong Communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with customers and team members
• Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills to provide personalized, high-quality assistance and ensure a positive experience
• Retail Sales experience with a proven ability to achieve sales goals and build relationships with customers
• A genuine passion for jewelry and an understanding of the products offered
• Proficiant in utilizing social media platforms and creating content
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain a well-kept and professional sales environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Previous experience in a retail or jewelry setting is preferred but not required
