Store Handler

C-Care is recruiting a Store Handler to join its team.

As a Store Handler within the F&B Department at Wellkin Hospital, you will be responsible for managing food and beverage supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained, and assisting in the smooth running of the department. You will play a key role in supporting the team to provide excellent service to both patients and staff.

• Inventory Management:
  Receive and organize deliveries of food and beverage products, ensuring proper stock rotation and storage according to health and safety standards.
• Stock Control:
  Monitor stock levels and assist in stocktaking to ensure timely ordering and availability of items.
• Storage and Organization:
  Ensure that all food and beverage products are stored properly in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist the F&B Team:
  Provide support to the kitchen and dining areas by ensuring required ingredients and supplies are readily available.
• Quality Control:
  Ensure that all items are stored in optimal conditions to maintain quality and safety.
• Customer Service:
  Assist hospital staff with their F&B needs, providing any support needed for meal preparations and deliveries.
• Cleanliness and Safety Compliance:
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with hygiene and health regulations.

• Previous experience in food & beverage or retail handling is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy items, as required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team’s success.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
