Pt Sales Ambassador

Summary

As a Sales Ambassador you will create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences that reflect the Ralph Lauren lifestyle. You will build lasting client relationships, leverage digital tools for clienteling, and support store sales goals while developing toward future leadership opportunities. This role requires a customer-first approach, strong product knowledge, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling and product recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales by meeting Key Performance Indicators and supporting monthly and quarterly plans.
• Use CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support client outreach and wardrobing.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer‑centric behaviors and team performance.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate the register and stand, walk, and move for multiple hours during a shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms.
• Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM for clienteling.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
