Wage & Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14–$27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, with multiple premiums applicable if criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! This role requires product knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and merchandise handling expertise.
