Job Overview

The Rack Beauty Concierge is responsible for delivering an engaging, quick, and fun beauty experience on the sales floor. They share beauty trends, provide product knowledge, and help customers discover great deals while maintaining a clean, well-organized environment.

• Share love of beauty trends and provide customers with detailed product knowledge.
• Deliver a quick, easy, and enjoyable in‑store experience, helping customers find the best deals.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and complete all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Defuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep the sales floor ready through re‑merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.

• Enthusiasm and a sense of adventure; views challenges positively.
• Accountability, initiative, and a high level of ownership.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Calmness and composure in a busy retail environment.
• Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handling bulky and oddly shaped items, including lifting up to 10 pounds routinely and up to 25 pounds occasionally.

$15.60 – $16.20 hourly (pay may vary by location and experience).
