Shift starts: 8:00 am – 11:00 am or 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pickup, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting customers when needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Shop for customers, selecting the appropriate items for their online orders.
• Locate, prepare, and package merchandise accurately.
• Dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation.
• Balance online order fulfillment with assistance to in‑store customers, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe work area.
• Participate in performance‑based incentive programs and premium award opportunities.

• Friendly, greeting customers with a smile.
• Ability to answer customer questions and help them find products.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to keep work area stocked, clean, and safe.
• Team player, assist fellow associates as needed.

• Competitive hourly wage, equal to or exceeding the required minimum wage for the location.
