Food‑n‑Fun is a convenience store chain looking for a reliable sales associate to provide outstanding guest service, maintain store cleanliness, and handle transactions accurately. The position supports daily operations, contributes to sales, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Record all sales transactions accurately and collect proper payment methods.
• Follow company operational policies for cash handling, safety, and loss prevention.
• Maintain safety compliance and respond according to company policy.
• Handle food and beverage items to meet health regulations.
• Maintain punctual attendance and accurate timekeeping.
• Present a clean, polished appearance and wear the designated uniform.
• Act with integrity and promote the company’s culture and values.
• Abide by all company policies, state, local, and federal laws.
• Greet guests and deliver prompt, outstanding service.
• Resolve guest issues and answer questions.
• Use suggestive selling techniques.
• Follow state and federal regulations for gas, alcohol, tobacco, and age‑restricted products.
• Keep the store inside and outside clean and safe.

• Effective communication and guest‑service skills.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle changes and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Basic math skills.
• High‑school diploma required; prior retail experience preferred but not required.
• Louisiana Responsible Vendor Permit and Underground Storage Tank Certification may be obtained during training.

• Full‑time and part‑time positions available.
• Shift work, including overnight shifts, is essential.
