Job Overview
Oversee fashion merchandise sales and staff training at Jared Jewelers stores. Position supports sales goals and guest experience with diamond fashion, gold, and color lines.
TitleLuxury Fashion Manager
Reports ToGeneral Manager or Assistant General Manager in their absence.
Basic FunctionAchieve store and individual sales goals through superior guest experience and expertise in fashion merchandise.
Minimum Requirements- Meet or exceed three of the five performance standards; sales must be one.
- No Code of Conduct written counseling within the past six months.
- DCA certified.
- Minimum six months of experience with the company or similar.
- Complete Minimum Training Requirements training module and quiz with passing score.
- Consistently attain sales and performance standards, Special Event and Store promotion results.
- Promote an environment of total guest satisfaction with the guest’s shopping needs first.
- Provide exceptional guest experience, managing follow‑up with the Clienteling system.
- Monitor guest flow and match appropriate team members.
- Supervise fashion merchandise categories, train all team members on fashion merchandise.
- Oversee implementation and administration of fashion merchandise: sales performance, promotions, incentives, launch executions, visual display, merchandising, and product knowledge.
- Become the subject matter expert for all fashion merchandise, train team members on features, benefits, warranties, services, and procedures.
- Act as point of contact with vendor partners, complete vendor trainings, eLearnings, and incentive submissions.
- Evaluate fashion brand opportunities, develop training plans to improve sales behaviors and guest experience.
- Collaborate with General Manager on recruiting, hiring, scheduling, performance appraisals, personnel updates.
- Communicate team member concerns, merchandising needs, and security matters to General Manager.
- Respond to guest complaints promptly and courteously.
- Assist management team with primary responsibilities in their absence.
- Act in alignment with Signet’s Core Values and respect guests and team members.
- Maintain regular scheduled attendance; strictly adhere to all company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Stand for long periods, reach with hands and arms, move among display cases, handle merchandise, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift up to 10 pounds, sight to discern quality differences.
Work Schedule- As required by store: evenings, weekends, shift evenings, nights on three nights per week or as required by GM.
- Sunday on alternating basis or as needed.
- Store hours during special events and key selling times of the year.
Base pay $15.75 – $25.20 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate determined based on experience and qualifications.
