WM Supercenter #2913, 13001 Highway 90, Boutte, LA .

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks, stocking new freight, and maintaining backroom inventory. The majority of the role takes place in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift items weighing more than 50 pounds and may be required to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery.

What you’ll do

Stocking, backroom, and receiving associates work to ensure customers can find all the items they need. Depending on your shift, duties may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, or helping customers while stocking shelves. This fast‑paced position can be physically demanding.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
