Recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. Coordinates completion and oversight of job‑related activities by building relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans & initiatives, identifying and communicating goals, measuring progress, addressing improvement opportunities, and promoting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing achievements, and fostering a belonging mindset.

The annual salary range is $65,000.00 – $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location, and a complex structure based on external factors.

This position includes an additional differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable.

• 2 years of college; or 1 year retail experience plus 1 year supervisory experience; or 2 years general work experience plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• For firearms facilities, successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
• For ammunition facilities with state requirements, a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility.
• Completion of all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Leadership via Live Better U & Bellevue University.
• Supervisory experience with 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
