What you'll doRecruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. SalaryThe annual salary range is $65,000.00 – $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location, and a complex structure based on external factors.
State Pay DifferentialThis position includes an additional differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable.
Minimum Qualifications- 2 years of college; or 1 year retail experience plus 1 year supervisory experience; or 2 years general work experience plus 1 year supervisory experience.
- For firearms facilities, successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
- For ammunition facilities with state requirements, a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility.
- Completion of all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Leadership via Live Better U & Bellevue University.
- Supervisory experience with 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
