O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels and programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.);
Manage store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures;
Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals;
Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing before product leaves the store
