Personal Shopper; In-Store

Role summary

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

You will fill and package online orders, shop for customers, and dispense orders, engaging customers throughout the process. The role is fast‑paced, especially evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may require balancing online order fulfillment with in‑store customer assistance.
