Maintains a safe and secure environment at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor;
Provides visible command presence and courteous customer service to deter theft;
Monitors for potential theft indicators and communicates with Store Leadership/Loss Prevention;
Educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and participates in district meetings as needed;
Supports Loss Prevention initiatives and complies with company policies and procedures
