Assist Store Manager, as directed, in ensuring the financial integrity of the store through cash accountability, key control, and adherence to company security practices and cash control procedures.;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels using specified tools and guides.;
Train assigned associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing, handling of food, and stock rotation of Perishable products.;
Record Perishable Markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.;
Accurately record inventory levels as requested by the Store Support Center..
