About The Role

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will lead a small team and take day-to-day responsibility for stores, workshop and trade counter operations. This is a varied, practical role that combines hands-on work with supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will lead a small team and take day-to-day responsibility for stores, workshop and trade counter operations. This is a varied, practical role that combines hands-on work with supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Stores Operations Oversee and participate in customer order picking & packing, goods inwards inspection, stocktaking, system updates and all associated paperwork.

Workshop Operations Lead the assembly of hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial products to industry standards using mechanical and manual methods. Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised workshop. Monitor and maintain stock levels of non-catalogue items and process all workshop paperwork.

Trade Counter Supervise and actively support trade counter service serving customers, processing orders and handling cash/card payments for non-account customers.

Team Leadership Supervise, support and develop team members while ensuring high standards across all areas.
