Average total pay with bonuses and spiffs ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 per year.

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays, and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and successfully retain a highly engaged sales team.
• Drive marketing efforts using avenues such as social media, networking and outside events.
• Deliver exceptional sales results, remain operationally sound, and take care of employees and customers professionally.

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Full background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
