Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate with team members;
Demonstrate knowledge of product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and operation/maintenance of equipment, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming of meat products;
Utilize handheld technology to drive business decisions related to production and product quality;
Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage of meat products;
Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with purchasing decisions while promoting a positive department and club image.
