Customer service - or as we call it - a culture of customer obsession by being ready for the customer and offering a world-class experience every day Desire to learn and adapt to new programs Ability to work well and consult with retail consultants at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment Our retail sales associates are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience within multiple companies (retail, rental, custom, and omnichannel) in a store, including but not limited to:
Engaging as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results Establishing a relationship with your customer from greeting to after-sale contact Consistently demonstrating best-in-class retail, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rental sales techniques Encouraging and participating continuously in team selling and having a positive impact on the store's volume and sales goals Participating in visual merchandising, store setup, and other store-related projects, as well as inventory counting Handling the cash register like a cashier at the point of sale in the store Physical requirements Ability to stand and walk for most of the work shift, bend, squat, and twist frequently, lift up to 50 lbs, climb a ladder to reach merchandise and/or supplies, and see and distinguish patterns and colors of fabrics.
