Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator

$23/hour to start | $25/hour once permanent | Potential to advance to $30/hour within 9–12 months

Our client is seeking a
Terminal Operations Specialist to join their team and support the day-to-day operations of a busy bulk terminal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys
customer service, logistics, data entry, and problem-solving and is looking for a company where they can grow.
- $23/hour as a temporary employee
- $25/hour once offered a permanent position
- Opportunity to advance to a
Senior CSR position paying $30/hour after approximately 9–12 months, based on performance and business needs - Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
- On-call responsibility
every 4th weekend - Opportunity to build experience in
terminal operations, logistics, customer service, inventory, and transportation - Work with customers, carriers, operations personnel, and internal teams
As a Terminal Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in keeping terminal operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Process receipts, work orders, shipment documents, scale tickets, and operational reports
- Coordinate schedules with the operations team
- Maintain accurate inventory records and make adjustments when needed
Communicate with customers regarding orders, inventory levels, shipment status, and discrepancies - Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Communicate with carriers, surveyors, and other business partners
- Enter and maintain information in the
Galahad Bulk inventory system - Prepare required reports and assist with month-end closing activities
- Provide accurate information needed for billing
- Maintain organized and accurate records and files
- Follow all company security, safety, and compliance procedures
- Participate in required safety meetings
- Assist management with additional duties and projects as needed
The ideal candidate is someone who is
reliable, professional, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
. You should be able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, overtime, holidays, and the required on-call weekend rotation
Pay:
$23/hour – Temporary
$25/hour – Upon being hired permanently
$30/hour – Potential Senior CSR opportunity after approximately 9–12 months, based on performance and business needs
Requirements:
3-5 years of prior experience in customer service. (Liquids operations preferred)
Prior experience with SAP. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Explorer, Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint ).
