Essential Functions:

Responsibilities:

Toassistwiththeday-to-daystoreoperationandproductionperformancetomeetorexceedbudgetwhileincompliancewithcompanystandards,policiesandprocedures.

AProduction Leadperformsthedutiesofasupervisorwhenassignedbythe Store Manageror Production  Manager.

Production Leadsmayactinasupervisorycapacityduringscheduledwork hours.

• 1. Toreachproductiongoalguidelines(minimumof
  110garmentsperhourwitha minimum quality standard of 90%).
• 2. Toensureproperproductionofdonationsgetprocessedandreadytoputonthestore floor.
• 3. Toactasapositiverolemodelforemployeesandtraineesinallaspectsofprofessional performance.
• 4. Toproducedonatedgoodsinthebackroomadequately.
  
  Tocreateapositivepublic image of Goodwill through a clean store environment, attractive displays and presentable, personable personnel.
• 5. Tomaintainsafeandappropriateconditions intheback-room area.
• 6. Tokeepthestorecleanandhazardfreebyvacuuming,moppinganddusting, (including cleaning the bathrooms.)
• 7. Toobservepersonnelandsafetypoliciesandprocedures.
  
  Toensurecomplianceby Production Associates.
• 8. To beableto perform the jobduties ofthe
  
  Production Associates.
• 9. Toattendworkontheregularlyscheduledshiftsasassignedbythemanagerforthe week.

• 1. Toassistthe Store Manageror Production Managerinachieving /exceeding production goals both monthly and annually and to assist in implementing a contingency plan if goals are not being met.
• 2. Mustbeabletointeractprofessionallyandproductivelywithadiverse arrayof people.
• 3. Mustbeabletomarket Goodwillandexplainthemissiontothegeneralpublic.
• 4. Mustestablishandmaintaineffectiveworkingrelationshipswith,andamong,storeand production personnel while motivating them to their best performance.
• 5. Mustbeabletoworkaflexiblescheduleatshortnotice,includingnightsand weekends, and occasionally, longhours.
• 6. Mustbeabletouserepetitivehandmovementwhenbuttoning,sorting,hanging and zipping garments.
• 7. Mustbeabletoengageinprolongedstanding,walkingandinfrequentbending, stooping, and stretching.
• 8. Mustbeabletofunctioninafast-pacedworkenvironmentwithoccasionalperiodsof high volume.

• 1. HighSchooldiplomaorGEDand6monthssupervisoryexperienceoraminimumof 90 days in the service industry.
• 2. Mustbeabletoread,writeandcommunicateclearlyin English.
• 3. Priorworkexperience intheserviceindustry preferred.
• 4. Mustsuccessfullycomplete Retail training.

Frequent physical exertion, frequent movement, conditioned indoor temperatures with occasional exposure to outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. Alternate work schedule may include working at an attended donation center with no prior notice.
