You will be the vital link between the brand, our incredible sales representatives, and premium retail partners across the globe. If you are tech-savvy, love problem-solving, and want to learn the ins and outs of how a high-end fashion brand scales its business, we want to meet you!

This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities Account & Order Management
  • The Showroom Gatekeeper: Manage the digital product flow by verifying order imports between our wholesale platform and ERP system.
  • Account Curation: Process basic account information updates and approve product swaps for open territories to keep retail shelves fresh and curated.
  • New Account Onboarding: Review and approve initial orders for exciting new retail partners joining the KREWE family.
Post-Purchase & Product Care Excellence

  • Spares & Customization: Seamlessly process specialized lens and part orders for our boutique accounts.
  • Second Chances: Coordinate the Second Chances program communication, smoothly passing off specialized customer communication from accounts to our E-commerce Customer Service team.

  • International Logistics Support: Own the northern front by managing Canadian operations—including RMA creation, shipping labels, invoicing, and carrier troubleshooting.
  • VIP Shipping: Facilitate general shipping inquiries and rush priority shipment requests for high-profile accounts and trunk shows.
  • Visual Asset Coordination: Capture and catalogue images for point-of-purchase (POP) materials and store displays.
  • Digital Merchandising: Upload and maintain display and POP options within NuOrder so sales reps have the tools to make KREWE stand out in-store.
  • Tech Trouble-Shooter: Act as the first line of defense by identifying and flagging minor software hiccups in NuOrder or Net Suite to our IT team.
Requirements

  • Fashion-Forward Mindset: A genuine passion for fashion, luxury goods, and premium accessories.
  • Detail Obsessed: You notice the little things. Managing order sheets and tracking shipments feels like a fun puzzle to you.
  • Tech-Fluent: Comfortable picking up new software quickly. Previous exposure to ERP software and order management systems is plus, but not required.
  • Communication Star: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to stay calm, professional, and empathetic.
