Swoon Boutique is looking for an enthusiastic, fashion-forward Part-Time Boutique Sales & Styling Associate to join our team. We're seeking someone who loves helping customers feel confident, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Weekends ONLY! 2 Saturdays/1 Sunday a month required!

• Welcome every customer with exceptional service and create a personalized shopping experience.
• Style clients by recommending outfits, accessories, and wardrobe solutions.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately through the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, inventory, and new product displays.
• Stay knowledgeable about current fashion trends and boutique merchandise.
• Support store events, promotions, and social media content when needed.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred (fashion retail is a plus).
• Passion for fashion, styling, and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and a team player.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.
