Essential Functions:

Responsibilities:

Toassistwiththeday-to-daystoreoperationandproductionperformancetomeetorexceedbudgetwhileincompliancewithcompanystandards,policiesandprocedures.

AProduction Leadperformsthedutiesofasupervisorwhenassignedbythe Store Manageror Production  Manager.

Production Leadsmayactinasupervisorycapacityduringscheduledworkhours.

• 1.Toreachproductiongoalguidelines(minimumof
  110garmentsperhourwitha minimum quality standard of 90%).
• 2.Toensureproperproductionofdonationsgetprocessedandreadytoputonthestore floor.
• 3.Toactasapositiverolemodelforemployeesandtraineesinallaspectsofprofessionalperformance.
• 4.Toproducedonatedgoodsinthebackroomadequately.
  
  Tocreateapositivepublic image of Goodwill through a clean store environment, attractive displays and presentable, personable personnel.
• 5.Tomaintainsafeandappropriateconditions intheback-roomarea.
• 6.Tokeepthestorecleanandhazardfreebyvacuuming,moppinganddusting, (including cleaning the bathrooms).
• 7.Toobservepersonnelandsafetypoliciesandprocedures.

• 9.Toattendworkontheregularlyscheduledshiftsasassignedbythemanagerfortheweek.

• 1.Toassistthe Store Manageror Production Managerinachieving /exceeding production goals both monthly and annually and to assist in implementing a contingency plan if goals are not being met.
• 2.Mustbeabletointeractprofessionallyandproductivelywithadiverse arrayofpeople.
• 3.Mustbeabletomarket Goodwillandexplainthemissiontothegeneralpublic.
• 4.Mustestablishandmaintaineffectiveworkingrelationshipswith,andamong,store and production personnel while motivating them to their best performance.
• 5.Mustbeabletoworkaflexiblescheduleatshortnotice,includingnightsand weekends, and occasionally, long hours.
• 6.Mustbeabletouserepetitivehandmovementwhenbuttoning,sorting,hanging and zipping garments.
• 7.Mustbeabletoengageinprolongedstanding,walkingandinfrequentbending, stooping, and stretching.
• 8.Mustbeabletofunctioninafast-pacedworkenvironmentwithoccasionalperiodsof high volume.

• 1.HighSchooldiplomaorGEDand6monthssupervisoryexperienceoraminimumof 90 days in the service industry.
• 2.Mustbeabletoread,writeandcommunicateclearlyin
  
  English.
• 3.Priorworkexperience intheserviceindustrypreferred.
• 4.Mustsuccessfullycomplete Retail training.

Frequentphysicalexertion,frequent movement,conditionedindoortemperatureswithoccasional exposure to outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. Alternate work schedule may include working at an attended donation center with no prior notice.
