The Gift Shop Attendant creates awelcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for visitors and internal customers. This role handles retail transactions, answers questions, andkeeps the giftshop well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, attentive to detail, and comfortable working ina fast-paced visitor environment.

Schedule: Part-time position working 3-4 8 hour days a week.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service andassist visitors with questions, product information, and purchases.
• Process retail transactions accurately and efficiently while following established cash-handling andsales procedures.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive sales floor by restocking merchandise and keeping displays presentable.
• Monitor inventory and merchandise levels and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate team members.
• Support VIP guest visits and other special visitor needsas requested.

• High school diplomaor GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.

• Experience supporting VIPguest visits orspecial guest experiences.
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or avisitor-focused environment.

• Ability to workon your feetfor extended periods and move throughout the gift shopas needed.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, climb stairs or ladders, and sit as required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

The hourly range for this role is $17-$19 an hour.
