We are currently searching for a Store and Allocation Planner to own KREWE’s store allocation and inventory strategy, optimizing product flow, store productivity, and inventory performance across a growing retail fleet.
This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain store clustering and attribute frameworks that drive differentiated assortment strategies, optimize inventory productivity, and improve gross margin by door.
- Manage inventory levels by door based on capacity, store attributes, seasonality, and selling curves; proactively identify and act on stock liabilities and sales opportunities across IP before they impact financial performance.
- Lead in-season inventory management, including replenishment execution, inter-store transfer recommendations, consolidations, and present findings and recommendations to Planning leadership.
- Lead new store opening inventory strategy, including assortment builds calibrated to door capacity, store profile, and cluster; coordinate with Logistics, Retail Operations, and the DC to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Analyze store and channel sales, weeks-of-supply, sell-through, and stock-to-sales ratios on a weekly basis; synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations and present performance recaps to senior leadership.
- Own inventory flow and allocation execution across channels, proactively monitoring warehouse and in-transit inventory, identifying receiving or shipping issues, and driving resolution with cross-functional partners to protect allocation plans and store readiness.
- Balance inventory by channel, store, style, and unit based on localized demand, selling patterns, inventory position, and business priorities.
- Analyze selling and inventory performance to provide ongoing recommendations for current allocations, replenishment, transfers, and future buys.
- Build, own, and publish best-seller, hindsight, and allocation performance reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, clearly communicating insights, risks, and recommended actions.
