Product Experience & Sales Manager

40 hours per week

Must work 2 Saturdays/Month

Pay - $45, Salary + Commission + Insurance

Leads the product, visual merchandising, and styling side of the New Orleans store. Responsible for ensuring merchandise is strategically presented, styled, and highlighted to support product performance and sell-through.

• Fill online orders; text pickup customers weekly.
• Communicate with the warehouse regarding order issues, items needed, and related needs.
• Communicate with the social team on what to highlight based on in-store feedback.
• Run aged-inventory reports weekly for markdown review.
• Decide sale merchandise to send to the warehouse and complete transfers.
• Prep for photo shoots and drops; style outfits using floor merchandise.
• Own sales-floor merchandising, product placement, displays, and ongoing floor refreshes.
• Execute markdowns.
• Maintain visual standards and make merchandising changes intended to improve product presentation and sell-through.
• Coordinate display, fixture, and presentation-related supply or maintenance needs.
• Coordinate store-level social media content needs, including flat lays and assigned product content.
• Style outfits for photo shoots, social content, events, and store displays.
• Lead merchandising, styling, and visual presentation for in-store events.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships on the floor.
• Use customer feedback and sales observations to recommend product focus and merchandising adjustments.
• Support online orders and pickups when product or styling coordination is needed.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and support team training on new arrivals, styling, and selling points.
• Put away model clothing after photo shoots, create the corresponding warehouse transfer, and pack/transfer the items back to the warehouse.
• Fulfill store-level orders (printing, packing, and marking fulfilled for orders handled at the store rather than the warehouse; includes checking Faire orders for expected arrivals as relevant).
• Own the Style Box program: clientele new arrivals to Style Box clients, create two new Style Box videos bi-weekly, personally check in with Style Box clients every two months, and follow up with repeat/top customers on the same cadence.
