Stocker, Retail

Stock team members are reliable , energetic, team driven individual who are ready to work in a fast paced environment. They are detail orientated, able to multitask and complete assignments, while providing excellent customer service. They perform all functions related to receiving, breaking down and stocking merchandise.

• - Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner
• - Arrive at workstation on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings
• - Attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency
• - Performs other duties as assigned by store or leadership
• - Maintains a safe and clean environment, adheres to all equipment safety procedures as instructed and complies with all health and safety procedures
• - Stocks and cleans grocery shelves, frozen and dairy cases
• - Keeps aisles clean and clutter free
• - Ability to follow directions and procedures, match UPC codes to shelf tags for proper stocking, rotating merchandise, and keeping shelves fronted
• - Strong communication skills, works well in team environment
• - Assist with unloading trucks and breaking down and stocking merchandise
• - Ability to learn basic knowledge and location of department products
• - Performs other duties as assigned by store or team leadership

• - Ability to lift 50lbs
• - Ability to walk or stand for 8 hours and sometime exceeding
• - Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, lift, reach above shoulder height
• - Ability to work in cold and wet environment
• - Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• - Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
