Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Starting hourly rate of $23.58/hour until assigned a route, solid base salary and commission potential after route assignment. Majority work a 4‑day week, no nights or weekends. Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.

• Face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required:

Qualified candidates must meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years old, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing documentation of prior employment.
