This full-time, on-site Account Manager role is based in Geismar, LA. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet customer needs. Additional responsibilities include staying informed on industry trends, gathering customer feedback, and ensuring successful implementation of Echelon's premium product solutions for clients.
Qualifications- Strong customer relationship management, client communication skills, and a customer-first approach
- Experience in sales, account management, and contract negotiation
- Knowledge and understanding of industrial and hydraulic hose solutions or related industries
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work on-site in Geismar, LA
