Sales Coordinator

Description

J.J. Nichting is seeking an organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our equipment sales team. This role plays a key part in keeping the sales process running smoothly—while ensuring an excellent experience for our customers.

• Enter and process customer finance applications
• Prepare and manage sales paperwork
• Enter and process sales orders accurately
• Track equipment inventory and order status with manufacturers
• Communicate order updates and timelines with customers and sales staff
• Work closely with sales, parts, service, and accounting to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain sales files, customer information, and CRM records
• Assist with sales events, promotions, and customer clinics as needed
• Set up and manage advertising for equipment
• Complete equipment warranty registrations

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Experience in agriculture, equipment, or a dealership environment preferred
• High school diploma or GED required

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
