Description:
The Outreach Executive (OE) develops relationships with community members to engage Medicare seniors and bring them into Oak Street Health. OEs work closely with Outreach Managers, Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to drive new patient growth in their assigned territories.
- Sales
- Generate leads by engaging Medicare seniors through events and local outreach.
- Maintain knowledge of sales systems and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings.
- Prospect and cold‑call assigned prospects. New leads may come from digital channels or other OEs.
- Nurture prospective patients via email, phone, and networking.
- Collaborate with Community Relationship Managers, other OEs, and outreach leadership to drive lead generation.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain consistent touchpoints with prospects to drive growth within the territory.
- Record customer information and sales activity in the CRM and other business systems.
- Act as point of contact for clinical and center staff regarding patient queries.
- Resolve concerns or complaints from new prospects and patients by coordinating with appropriate Oak Street employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to connect and influence key stakeholders quickly.
- Comfortable navigating external barriers to create a positive experience.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Team player contributing to overall team effectiveness.
- Sales and/or healthcare experience advantageous.
- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other local languages (where necessary).
- U.S. work authorization.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is $18.50 – $35.29 per hour. Pay may vary based on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The position is eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive programs.
