Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, 1099 (independent contractor) role for Independent Video Services Sales Representatives, based in the Greater New Orleans region. We offer generous commissions and bonuses. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building relationships with small and medium-sized business owners, and promoting Biz Nola’s video marketing services. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, coordinating with the Biz Nola office to generate custom quotes, presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients, and meeting sales targets.
The role requires collaboration with the video production team to align deliverables with client needs. The Biz Nola office (on Magazine St) will play a key role in generating customized quotes and pricing for prospects.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, build relationships with small and medium-sized business owners, and promote Biz Nola’s video marketing services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies; coordinate with the Biz Nola office to generate custom quotes.
- Present tailored video marketing solutions to prospective clients; meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the video production team to align deliverables with client needs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible daytime hours (you set your own schedule)
- Experience or aptitude in sales, customer relationship management, and prospecting
- Outgoing personality, professional appearance
- Understanding of video marketing, digital marketing trends, and promotional strategies
- Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the local business landscape in Greater New Orleans is a plus
- Ability to provide current references regarding character and reliability
- Must possess smartphone, laptop, and a vehicle with liability insurance
