As an Inside Sales Representative
, you will manage a high-volume pipeline where the average sales cycle is 3–6 minutes. If you thrive on "Speed-to-Lead" and possess the "grit" to manage a constant flow of inbound opportunities, this is your career move.
- Inbound Pipeline Management: Execute a "Speed-to-Lead" strategy, responding to high-intent inquiries within minutes to maximize conversion.
- Solution-Based Selling: Consult with B2B and individual clients to identify the ideal metal solutions from our extensive inventory.
- CRM Mastery: Maintain rigorous data integrity and lead tracking within our sales systems to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Sales Mathematics: Perform precise calculations for custom cuts, weight, and pricing to provide instant, accurate quotes.
- Collaborative Growth: Partner with the shop and logistics teams to ensure "winning" service from the first call to final delivery.
- Proven Track Record: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or high-volume service environments
. - Sales Funnel Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage the "Decision" and "Closing" stages of the sales funnel.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong CRM experience and the ability to navigate multi-tool digital environments quickly.
- Analytical Skill: Proficiency in "sales math," including fractions, decimals, and basic industrial measurements.
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent professional sales training preferred.
