New Edge Advisors is a rapidly growing, multi-custodian (LPL Financial, Fidelity, Schwab, Raymond James, Goldman Sachs) RIA built by advisors for advisors. We provide elite independent practices with flexible investment solutions, cutting-edge technology, back-office support, practice management, and a collaborative advisor community.

The Strategic Advocate acts as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and internal champion for a territory of affiliated independent financial advisor teams. At New Edge, you’ll join a passionate team helping some of the industry’s best advisors grow thriving practices. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of advisor experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment—where your voice matters and your impact is real.

  • Promote continuous learning, innovation, and leadership development across the advisor base.
  • Serve as the voice of the advisor internally—escalating issues, surfacing feedback, and influencing improvements across the firm.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources (custodial, compliance, operations, tech, etc.) to resolve complex advisor needs.
  • Proactively identify patterns and opportunities for platform-wide enhancements.
Community Building & Engagement
  • Foster a culture of connection and idea-sharing through territory-based events, webinars, and peer forums.
