Through its Site 504 Signage & Graphics division, Favorites provides commercial exterior and interior design, fabrication, and installation services. The team is passionate about helping clients elevate their logos and brand presence across apparel, promo products, and signage.

Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site Account Manager / Inside Sales Support Specialist role is based in New Orleans, LA. The individual in this role will manage assigned accounts, respond to inbound inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of apparel, promotional products, and signage. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, following up on leads, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

The role also involves updating customer records, tracking order status, resolving issues, and supporting the inside sales team with proposals, presentations, and product recommendations. Collaboration with production, design, and installation teams is essential to ensure that client expectations are met and customer satisfaction remains high.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction to maintain relationships, understand client needs, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Experience in Inside Sales and Sales to handle inquiries, prepare quotes, close orders, and support revenue growth.
  • Ability in Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple orders and deadlines.
  • Comfort using CRM or order management systems, email, and office productivity tools to track activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Prior experience in apparel, promotional products, print, or signage industries is preferred but not required.
  • Graphic design (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/Canva) experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work on‑site in New Orleans, LA, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and interact professionally with customers and vendors.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
