Territory Manager – Diabetes Sales

As a Territory Manager, you will partner with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to bring our advanced insulin pump therapy to patients and providers within the East Iowa market, covering Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Waterloo, Rochester, Decorah, Dubuque, and Marshalltown.

• Grow the territory by developing and executing strategic business plans.
• Identify and open new business opportunities; build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals (MDs, DOs, RNs, CDEs, RPhs).
• Leverage Challenger Selling and Strategic Account Management techniques to demonstrate value and accelerate revenue growth.
• Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators.
• Represent the company at events, conventions, and community outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales and customer experience.
• Operate in compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving market.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record; ability to travel up to 80% within the territory.

The base pay ranges from $91,890 to $112,310 annually, with a target earning potential of $166,890 to $187,310 annually. In addition to base pay, benefits include medical, dental, vision, health savings account, and flexible spending account. Paid holidays (11 per year) and paid time off (minimum 20 days starting in year1) are provided, along with a 401(k) plan with company match.
