We're looking for a motivated, friendly sales rep to connect with prospects who have already expressed interest in joining NOAC — no cold calling strangers, just real conversations with people who want what we offer.
A driven rep should expect to earn $60,000+ annually, with a $37,000 base and a commission structure designed to reward performance. The ceiling is yours to set.

- Base salary: $37,000/year

Full-time, 40 hours/week across five days. Rotating weekly shifts:
- Mon–Wed: 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm
- Thu–Fri: 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm
- Weekend rotation: every fifth week, Sat–Sun 8am–6pm
- Follow up with prospects who have inquired about membership and guide them through the decision
- Present and sell memberships with genuine knowledge of the club and its offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and new members
- Reach prospects through multiple channels — phone, email, and in-person
- Hit agreed-upon sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Collaborate with fellow sales and department teammates to deliver a seamless member experience
- Resolve member concerns quickly and professionally
- Keep management informed on prospect feedback, trends, and opportunities
- Stay sharp on best practices, promotions, and competitive landscape
- Support front desk operations as needed — check-ins, calls, and transactions
- Keep all paperwork and files accurate and up to date
