Turn Key Renovators is a New Orleans–based renovation company helping homeowners across the greater NOLA area transform their homes — from kitchens and baths to whole-home remodels and exterior upgrades. We're growing, and we're looking for a driven Home Improvement Sales Consultant to join our team and help more homeowners say “yes” to the home they've always wanted.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, listen to their vision, design a tailored renovation solution, and close the sale. You'll be the face of Turn Key from first handshake to signed contract — backed by a full team of project managers and craftsmen who deliver on what you sell.

What You'll Do
  • Run pre-set, company-generated appointments with homeowners across the New Orleans metro area
  • Conduct in-home consultations: measure, assess scope, and understand the homeowner's goals
  • Present Turn Key's services, process, and pricing with confidence and integrity
  • Build accurate, competitive proposals on the spot and close at the kitchen table
  • Follow up promptly with prospects and maintain a clean pipeline in our CRM
  • Hand off signed jobs cleanly to the production team and stay involved through project kickoff
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of in-home sales experience (home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, or similar)
  • Proven track record of closing one-call and short-cycle sales
  • Strong consultative selling skills — you listen first, then solve
  • Comfortable building rapport with homeowners and walking job sites
  • Self-motivated, organized, and reliable with your own transportation
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic estimating software
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Knowledge of the New Orleans market and local building styles is a plus

Location

Based in New Orleans, LA. Daily travel throughout the greater New Orleans metro area (Orleans, Jefferson, St. Tammany, and surrounding parishes).
