- Lead 2–3 in-home consultations per day in the Orleans & Jefferson Parish areas
- Help clients bring their vision to life with personalized product guidance and design solutions
- Measure windows precisely and enter accurate orders
- Travel to appointments using your own vehicle (gas covered by company card)
- Work hand‑in‑hand with our installers to ensure a smooth, high‑quality finish
- Keep client info organized and follow up on leads like a pro
- Stay up to date on products, promotions, and trends
- Join weekly team meetings and occasional professional development sessions
- Be available for evening or weekend appointments if needed (flexibility is appreciated, but not a requirement)
- 1+ year of sales experience (especially in design, home improvement, or consultative selling)
- Friendly, professional communicator who can build rapport easily
- Confident with basic math and measuring tools
- Comfortable climbing stairs and using a 6‑foot ladder
- Organized, reliable, and customer‑focused
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
