Brown Eagle Group is a woman‑owned, owner‑operated, third‑party logistics company that has served the Gulf Coast for over 50 years. We provide warehousing, site logistics, contract packaging, and industrial staffing to many of the region's leading petrochemical and industrial companies. We're known for an exceptional safety record, hands‑on ownership, and long‑standing client relationships built on doing what we say we’ll do.

We're growing — and we're looking for a driven outside sales professional to help us expand, with a particular focus on building out our industrial staffing line of business.

This is a hunter role for someone who can develop new business across three connected service lines: industrial staffing, site logistics, and warehousing. You'll own your pipeline end to end — prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing — across the Gulf Coast industrial corridor. You'll also take the lead on our social media presence and strategy, helping us tell the Brown Eagle story and generate inbound interest.

• Develop and close new business across staffing, site logistics, and warehousing, with a primary emphasis on standing up and growing our staffing side
• Identify and pursue opportunities within the petrochemical, industrial, and manufacturing sectors along the Gulf Coast
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through close
• Own our social media platforms and overall content strategy to strengthen brand presence and drive lead generation
• Partner with operations and leadership to scope, price, and deliver solutions that fit each client
  
  Represent Brown Eagle at industry events, client sites, and networking opportunities
• Travel approximately 15% of the time within the territory

• 4+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing and hitting targets
• Background selling into staffing, logistics, warehousing, or industrial services strongly preferred
• Comfort and confidence prospecting in industrial and B2B environments
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and content strategy for business growth
• Self‑starter who can work independently, manage a territory, and stay organized
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel ~15%
• TWIC card required (or must be obtained immediately upon hire)
• Based in or near the Baton Rouge / Gulf Coast area
• Golf skills a plus
• Base salary: $75,000–$100,000
