Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to support the growth of a rapidly expanding industrial organization. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers and distributors, providing exceptional customer service, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customer accounts and distributor partners
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and applications to provide technical sales support
- Promote CAD drafting and design services as value-added solutions when appropriate
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts and sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and activities within the CRM system
- Assist with CRM updates, reporting, and sales process improvements
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and account tracking
- Build long-term relationships with customers by providing responsive, solution-oriented service
- Coordinate with manufacturing, operations, and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with trade shows, customer events, and special projects as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales, customer service, account management, or sales support experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience working with distributors, manufacturers, industrial products, or technical solutions preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Experience preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing customer accounts
- Knowledge of industrial products, specifications, or engineering-related services is a plus
- Background in manufacturing, industrial distribution, automation, utilities, telecom, material handling, construction, or related industries preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales technology
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to solving customer issues
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
- Frequent use of a telephone and other communication devices
- Ability to occasionally travel for customer meetings, training, or trade shows
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move throughout office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments as needed
