Sr. Business Director – Gulf Coast, AL (Immunology)
Responsibilities- Lead an account-based selling team to HCPs prescribing/influencing Lilly immunology therapies (including dermatology/allergy practices).
- Partner with customers to drive adoption of new and existing therapies.
- Build relationships with state/local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations.
- Lead local RHM and collaborate cross-functionally to drive uptake of promoted products.
- Own district marketplace strategy; tailor sales strategy using business analytics.
- Coach to navigate evolving healthcare environment and increase stakeholder impact.
- Use business insight tools/data/analytics to coach trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Lead adoption of new technologies, including company-approved AI tools, to streamline interactions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Lead people development: recruit diverse talent, coach using selling/competency/account models, foster inclusive environment, recognize/reward, retain talent, hold accountable, and address performance.
- Coach territory managers; ensure full utilization of Virtual Medical Hub.
- Achieve district sales/execution metrics in compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain internal/external relationships; ensure effective use of internal resources.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Required professional certification/license if state requires.
- Authorized to work in the US full-time (no visa sponsorship).
- Launch experience; proven leadership.
- Learning agility, self-motivation, emotional intelligence, analytical skills.
- Payer acumen; business operations experience.
