This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales and Leadership Trainee located anywhere in the Midwest. The trainee will engage in a variety of sales and leadership‑focused activities, including building customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, training new team members, and supporting the management and execution of sales strategies. This role prepares individuals for leadership positions by cultivating skills in both sales and team management while actively contributing to the mission of protecting families.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of Sales principles and techniques, alongside a proven ability or interest in meeting and exceeding goals.
• Experience or willingness to develop Training and Sales Management skills to train and inspire others while managing sales processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a solutions‑driven mindset.
• A self‑motivated attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in sales or leadership is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
