Membership Sales Associate (Part-Time)

Stretch Zone is the nation's leader in practitioner-assisted stretching. We are looking for energetic, professional, and growth-mindful Associates to join our team. This role focuses on building relationships with prospects, converting first-time visitors into members, and maintaining member engagement.

As the first impression of Stretch Zone, you will generate appointments, conduct follow-up outreach, educate potential clients on the benefits of stretching, and help existing members stay on track with their wellness goals.

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients.
• Educate guests on services and membership options.
• Convert first-time visitors into members.
• Follow established sales processes and presentation standards.
• Consistently work toward individual and studio sales goals.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, texts, and email.
• Create a welcoming and professional first impression for every guest.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Schedule appointments and manage client calendars.
• Assist with membership questions and client concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Help members stay committed and re-engage inactive members.
• Support retention initiatives and studio growth.
• Maintain accurate client notes and account documentation.
• Assist with daily studio operations and administrative tasks.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Use downtime productively for lead follow-up and outreach.

• Personality, work ethic, and coachability are paramount; prior sales experience is helpful.
• Membership sales experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail.
• Experience working toward goals, quotas, or performance metrics.
• Background in personal training, physical therapy, massage, or related fields (preferred).
• Knowledge of kinesiology, anatomy, or physiology (preferred).
• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Confidence using phones, technology, and scheduling software.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Weekend availability required.
• Mid-day and evening availability preferred.
• Consistent schedule and reliable transportation required.

• Not a receptionist position.
• Not a sit-behind-the-desk role; requires active client engagement.
